Boat type

Continental I

More than a hundred Continental Ones have been completed over the last 15 years. The design has undergone numerous evolutions and improvements that have led to its current form. The series has remained a major contributor to the success of Van der Valk Shipyard in recent years.

Continental II

Introduced in 2007, the Continental Two is a two-level model available in a flybridge and wheelhouse version. It was the first series made suitable for the revolutionary Volvo Penta IPS system, a joystick-operated pod-type boat drive system with counter-rotating forward-facing propellers. The Continental Two series is, however, also perfectly suitable for a conventional shaft-driven propulsion system.

Continental III

The Continental Three series has a highly distinctive look, combining an overall modern appearance with subtle classic touches. A raised pilothouse layout means that the wheelhouse position is elevated and the forward main deck area freed for other purposes – such as a main-deck master stateroom, separate dining area or crew quarters. Van der Valk cooperated with Guido de Groot Design on both the interior and exterior of this model.

Continental Trawler

The Continental Four is a series of trawler yachts. They belong to one of the latest additions to our range, and embody a style that is classic, timeless yet quite distinctive. We took special care to ensure the best possible sailing and seakeeping qualities for this design, including an original round-bilged hull.
